Justin Hartley, born January 29, 1977 in Knoxville, Illinois, is an American actor who is most popular for having portrayed the role of Fox Crane on the NBC daytime drama Passions. Before doing Passions, he worked as a commercial model. After Passions, however, Justin was tapped to replace a character in a tv series about Aquaman. He has 3 movies coming and he will play Green Arrow on 7 episodes of Smallville.
