Upen Patel, born August 16, 1980, is a model-turned actor in India. 6′ tall British-born Patel has modelled for brands such as Hugo Boss, Paul Smith and Zegna.

Upen Patel, along with his family, migrated to the UK from Uganda 23 years back where he began getting modelling offers immediately after graduating in Media Studies from West Herts College. Having shot Sun Sahiba Sun, his first remix video, Upen Patel believes he has taken his first step towards Bollywood.
